This podcast is NOT affiliated with any government agency, political party, non-profit or university
Our mission is to promote Florida farmers’ market vendors and the culture of farmers’ markets in general. Our podcast will share the working lives of farmer’s market businesses through in-depth interviews and site visits.
We believe the backgrounds and day to day lives of farmers’ market vendors make for entertaining radio. For the farmers’ market shopper, our interviews will provide insight into the process of raising animals, growing food and creating valuable products for the local economy. Finally, our podcast will serve as a promotional tool for market vendors to help increase awareness of their businesses.
Focus Area: Alachua County farmers' markets (for now). We will initially be interviewing vendors from the markets listed on our website.
